Description

A deceptively spacious semi detached property offering versatile accommodation with superb rear views across the surrounding countryside, situated in a popular village location. The property would be an ideal home for the growing family having been subject to considerable improvement and extension by the present owners. Additional benefits include: Double glazed windows, gas fired central heating and a newly installed wood burning stove in the lounge. In brief, the accommodation includes: Entrance Hall, Downstairs Cloakroom, Lounge, Open Plan Living Kitchen/Diner, Sitting Room and Study. To the first floor, there is a Master Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room, 3 Further Bedrooms and Family Bathroom. To the front of the property there is off street parking for three vehicles which in turn leads to the Integral Single Garage. The enclosed terraced rear gardens are a particular feature of the property and take full advantage of the delightful views across the surrounding countryside. In our opinion this property needs to be viewed at an early opportunity in order to fully appreciate the family sized accommodation on offer and its convenient village location.
