Description

A delightful period cottage property situated in a particularly popular and convenient location, just a short walk from the sought-after Mendip village of Winscombe. This well-presented property benefits from gas fired central heating and part double glazing and has been subject to considerable improvement and extension by the present owners offering deceptive accommodation over two floors. There are pretty cottage gardens to enjoy and although the property is central to the village, it is amazing just how peaceful and quiet the position can be. In brief, the accommodation includes on the ground floor: Entrance Hall with Cloakroom, Living Room, Sitting Room with open fireplace, Dining Room with feature log burner and Kitchen. On the first floor there is a Master Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room, three further Bedrooms and a Bathroom. Outside, there is private parking for two vehicles and as mentioned an enclosed cottage garden. In our opinion this property and its location will only be truly appreciated by way of an internal inspection. Viewing appointments are strictly by arrangement through Farrons Estate Agents: 01934 842000.
